Tiffany Crow (MA, BCBA, LBA) is Behavior Analyst who provides ABA therapy to families, individuals and staff in the clinical setting. Tiffany also provides behavioral consultations within school districts, religious organizations and nonprofits. Tiffany is Owner and Clinical Director of Intentional Actions: A Behavior Analytic Approach, LLC. Tiffany has worked in public education as a general education teacher, a special education teacher, a member of a multi-campus Autism team as well as a consultant. Tiffany is an international speaker that is passionate about sharing logical and practical behavior analytic strategies to better equip others to include everyone. Tiffany knows the value of family and strives to compassionately care for yours.


Jennifer Donald (MEd, BCBA, LBA) is a Behavior Analyst with a passion for equipping individuals and families with tools and strategies to gain independence in all areas of life. Jennifer has worked for the past 15 years in public education as a special education teacher and special education case manager. She has experience working in the clinical setting, speaking about behavior strategies and tools, and consulting for religious organizations about disability ministry. Jennifer is very family oriented and is eager to help families feel included and welcomed in every aspect of life. 


Leah Burris (MA, BCBA, LBA) is a seasoned expert with over 36 years of dedicated experience supporting children with autism and related developmental learning disabilities. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology, Leah has a wealth of Knowledge in conducting psychological and autism evaluations, creating and implementing behavior intervention plans, designing vocational transition strategies and collaborating closely with parents to promote their children’s success at home and in the community;

Leah has held impactful leadership roles, including serving as an autism program coordinator in a public school district.  In this capacity, she spearheaded the development and implementation of comprehensive autism intervention and parent training programs fostering meaningful change for students and families alike.

As the parent of a child with disabilities, Leah brings a unique and empathetic perspective to her work. Her personal experiences have enriched her professional insights, enabling her to understand and navigate the challenges faced by families with exceptional children.

Leah’s unwavering passion lies in empowering parents and families to build resilience, advocate effectively, and create pathways for their children’s growth and success.


Kara Edwards (MS) holds a masters degree in Psychology. She is a Registered Behavior Technician and is working towards earning supervision hours to obtain her BCBA credentials. Kara currently works as a Special Education teacher in a local school district. She has worked in public education for 10 years as a special education teacher. Kara is eager to learn and implement new behavioral strategies while promoting independence and socialization.


Leah Hernandez
Behavior Technician under the supervision of Behavior Analyst Tiffany Crow. 
She has 20+ years experience in public education using ABA interventions and strategies. 
She loves working with children and their families. 
She enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her volunteer ministry in local and Houston area. 
She looks forward to building relationships and utilizing skills that lead to independence and success. 


Jessica Bullard is a Behavior Technician under the supervision of Behavior Analyst Tiffany Crow. 

Jessica grew up in Brazoria County and ran her own cleaning business in the area for the last 20 years. She recently started looking into making a career change and learned about ABA. Wanting to make a difference in the lives of families in her community, Jessica decided that becoming a RBT was the right move for her. Jessica loves children and animals and loves camping and the outdoors. She’s looking forward to serving our community and helping families through the practice of ABA. 


Carolynn Stallman is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Intentional Actions ABA. She recently earned her Master of Public Health from Texas A&M University and is currently completing the required coursework and supervised fieldwork hours toward certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With a background in pediatric and behavioral health, Carolynn is passionate about using evidence-based behavioral interventions to support children and families and improve meaningful, long-term outcomes.


Kimberly Bustos (BS) is the office manager at Intentional Actions ABA. Previously a Clinical Laboratory Specialist in Cytogenetics, Kimberly took some time off to be a stay at home mom to her two awesome kids. She has worked in the Healthcare field for about ten years in which she did clinical laboratory work as well as assisting in research for developing more comprehensive testing in the area of Cytogenetics. She is a lifelong resident of Brazoria County that loves to consider herself a dessert connoisseur. She enjoys spending time with her hubby and kids, playing games, going on walks, and just creating memories. Kimberly is enthusiastic about assisting others in achieving their goals for their families and loved ones.
